
Pork industry professionals from around the world will gather to learn and connect at the 2023 World Pork Expo this June.
The National Pork Producers Council (NPPC) invites you to join the world’s largest pork-specific trade show, World Pork Expo, this June 7 through 9 at the Iowa State Fairgrounds in Des Moines, Iowa. This annual event will be celebrating its 35th year of education, innovation and networking for pork industry professionals.
This three-day event will be jam-packed with things to see and do, including a 300,000-square-foot trade show and exhibit space with hundreds of vendor booths hosted by companies from across North America. The trade show will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on June 7-8 and from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on June 9.
In addition to the trade show, World Pork Expo 2023 will feature exceptional educational programming covering all aspects of the pork industry, including animal health, nutrition, building and equipment, financial matters, marketing and genetics. Seminars will also include showcases of new products, process enhancements and in-depth discussions related to the pork industry.

- World Pork Open Golf Tournament at Legacy Golf Course on Tuesday, June 6.
- NPPC Hospitality Tent Meet-and-Greets with board members and staff to discuss legislation, regulations and other public policy matters relevant to the pork industry.
- World Pork Expo 35th Anniversary Celebrations that can be followed using #WPX2023 and #35YearsOfWPX hashtags on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
- Complimentary Lunches at The Big Grill available from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. each day of the Expo.
Registration for World Pork Expo 2023 is now open, and discounted rates are available until June 1, including $10 per adult (ages 12 and up) and $1 for children (6 to 11 years old). Children under 5 years old can attend the event for free. On-site registration will be $20 per adult, and there will also be a Friday-only admission option for $10.
