Patterson Companies, a major player in the dental and animal health sectors, has announced two strategic acquisitions to bolster its animal health division—Infusion Concepts in the United Kingdom and Mountain Vet Supply in the United States.
National Veterinary Services Limited (NVS), Patterson’s U.K. animal health subsidiary, will acquire Infusion Concepts Ltd., a leader in the design and supply of infusion, drainage, and critical care products for the veterinary industry. This acquisition strengthens Patterson’s offering in critical care solutions and demonstrates its dedication to enhancing veterinary care.

In the U.S., Patterson’s production animal business, Animal Health International Inc., will acquire the majority of Mountain Vet Supply’s operating assets. Located in Fort Collins, Colorado, Mountain Vet Supply has served ranchers and livestock producers for nearly four decades through its retail store and customer delivery services.

While financial details of the transactions have not been disclosed, both deals are expected to close in Patterson’s second fiscal quarter of FY2025.
