
Indiana Pork has announced Mark Johnson as its new president for 2025. A dedicated pork and grain producer from Whitley County, Johnson brings a strong vision for advancing the industry while ensuring Indiana’s pork producers continue to thrive.
As president, Johnson is committed to strengthening communication, developing talent within the industry, and protecting farmers’ freedom to operate. He emphasized the importance of sharing the positive story of pork production, ensuring consumers feel confident in the quality and sustainability of Indiana-raised pork.
Alongside Johnson’s appointment, Kyle Crowder from Fountain County and Nate Lenig from Keystone Cooperative have joined the board of directors, adding to the leadership team.
With this new leadership in place, Indiana Pork is set to build on its strong foundation, supporting producers and tackling key industry challenges in 2025 and beyond.
