The Minnesota Nutrition Conference, now in its 84th year, is a highly regarded and well-known livestock nutrition conference in the upper Midwest. This conference delivers leading-edge, research-based knowledge to advance sustainable production of beef, dairy, poultry, and swine. This annual event is presented by the Department of Animal Science, University of Minnesota, and University of Minnesota Extension.
