Our guest today is a former corn fed NFL offensive lineman Marshal Yanda who played 13 years with the Baltimore Ravens and was an 8-time Pro-Bowler, 7-time All-Pro, & Super Bowl champion. He was also awarded the Baltimore Ravens Ring Of Honor award and was inducted into the NFL 2010’s All-Decade Team. He played college football at the University of Iowa, and he spent his entire career with the Ravens. He started 166 out of his 177 games as a pro and only gave up 20 sacks over his entire 13 year career.
